McArthur Sports acquires Gridiron Golf

Abbeville, SC--McArthur Sports, a leading marketer of sports-related products and an officially licensed supplier of gifts and accessories for the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL and the major collegiate sport associations, has acquired Gridiron Golf.

Previously owned by NFL Chicago Bears stars Walter Payton and Kevin Butler, Gridiron Golf was launched in the mid-90s when the company was granted an NFL license for golf accessories. The NFL announced the transfer of this league license for golf products to McArthur Sports through its purchase of Gridiron Golf.
